Life is full, I am working on a book that is due to go to my editor next week. I am at the tail end of my "25 Models Session" and my art buyer is redoing their website and needs new images. So, I am at times frantically moving through my life. (I am sure many of you can relate.)
Then like a breeze from the universe someone took my breath away, and it almost blew right by me.
Last year I photographed the beautiful dancer and well incredible human being, Sabrina Allard. She has this funky wonderful blog that she created called Pinky's Pen. She posted it on my facebook page and I didn't even open it. I only responded telling her that one of her photos was going to be in my new book. During the middle of the night I realized I was on auto pilot and didn't even open up what she sent me.
When I read what she wrote "Waters Healing and Laurie Klein Photography," I started to cry. I was so move by her words, so reminded by the experience we shared and of course the photos we took.
So I slowed down remembering why I do what I do and filled with gratitude for the wonderful woman who gave me this gift.
